Responsibilities:
- Manage category portfolio in accordance with business tasks and KPIs
- Present Fragrance category inside and outside the organization
- Manage Female Mass & Value Fragrance in accordance with brand KPIs
- Organize products assortment follow by market needs and consumer insights
- Analyze market & external environment to identify risks and opportunities
- Know Representative & Consumer, her/ his behavior, needs and insights, as well as shopper behavior, regularly participate in surveys and researches, initiate consumer understanding by business needs
- Launch new products: demand from Global team, organize pre-launch processes, lead cross-department work on launch preparation; initiate local NPD
- Organize 360 support for launches in all possible channels with focus on both Representative & Consumer
- Manage product assortment organization in-line, track Phase-in / Phase-out by timing, lead the process and control realization
- Bring ideas for Events for launch, in-line, external environment, create launch execution and organize it in real life
- Drive cross department work, cooperate with sales in order to maximize results on launches and events
- Know product portfolio by SKU and develop training materials for products excellent knowledge inside organization
- Manage on-line presence via landings, homepage, product cards, rich content
- Present category on cross-functional and cross-category meeting, globally and locally
- Cooperate with 3rd parties (agencies) for different projects
- Participate in workshops in frame of business needs
- Input to Category strategy development (3 years perspective) & growth plan (1 year)
- Brief Creative, media, flow and other teams for launch / event cooperation
- Develop business case by different needs
- Hold on budget spending and P&L for brand (in frame of category figures)
- Cooperate with Global team, negotiate local business needs, provide reports and participate in workshops (by business request)
- Complete product benchmarking on product portfolio by USP, formats, product actions
- Develop pricing strategy in accordance with internal & external positioning
