Responsibilities:
- Promotion of the company's products and the development of long-term customer relations (B2B)
- Search for potential customers, monitoring the market of investment projects
- Organization of meetings with customers, negotiations, presentations; participation in conferences
- Collection and analysis of competitors' activity
- Preparation of commercial offers, contracts for the client
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales of industrial handling equipment (hoists, cranes, etc.)
- English on a good level is mandatory
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Open personality, innovative, structured approach
- Sales affinity (should have a clear plan how to find and develop Key Accounts)
- 70% Sales, 30% Engineer (technical knowledge only secondary important; mostly personality important)
- Active life position, mobility, readiness for business trips (30% of working time);
- Focus on results and active independent work, flexibility of thinking, an analytical mindset, ability to work with objections;
Conditions:
Work schedule: 9.00 - 18.00 (flexible start-up schedule is possible)
Salary is discussed at the interview
