RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing all necessary support to the team of ~20 employees
- Office employee control "who, when, where"
- Preparing necessary reports
- Conducting business correspondence, organizing mailings between locations and contracts management and storage
- Translating documents
- Providing administrative support to the office, purchasing goods for office needs, purchasing office furniture, equipment, interacting with Procurement Department
- Arranging and maintaining Company’s Lease Agreements, dealing with Landlords
- Making travel arrangements (reserving hotels, tickets, visa support etc)
- Coordinating HR issues: ID cards, performing new staff adaptation procedures, providing support to newcomers
- Coordinating IT issues: help employees with IT service desk, arrange IT software installation via provider
- Interacting with service providers and suppliers for office needs
- Organizing and coordinating business meetings, corporate events
- Checking bills and payments
- Maintain tidiness in the office and in a small kitchen
Requirements:
- Education: higher
- English: upper-intermediate is a must!
- PC experienced user: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Outlook
- Personality: good interpersonal and communicative skills, structured, responsible, supportive, pro-active
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a multitask environment
- Ability to work both as an individual and as a good team player
- Readiness to support with any issues
Conditions:
- Labour contract acc. to Russian Labor Law with 3 months trial period
- Voluntary medical insurance after trial period
- Corporate phone and SIM-card
