Thor3D is a 3D scanner manufacturer based out of Moscow, Russia and Dusseldorf, Germany. The company is 5 years old, but hasn’t lost its start-up feel. We are still as fast-paced, good-natured, and exciting as ever. We have over 50 distribution partners around the world and are constantly growing our sales.
We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to lead our global sales and marketing team (based in Moscow). Your goal #1 is to increase global sales of our products. To do this, you will …
-- Oversee all daily operations of the sales, marketing and support departments.
-- Streamline communications between departments (improve CRM usage, implement internal communication tools like Trello, etc).
-- Seek out PR opportunities to promote our products online and in print media.
-- Improve effectiveness of technical support department.
-- Drive the marketing department efforts to promote our products (organize partner meetings, develop case studies, improve our website/social media, etc).
-- Hire additional personnel for our ever-growing team.
-- Lead the effort to organize events and exhibitions that we participate in (on average 1-2 times per quarter).
-- Travel in Russia and abroad to speak with key clients and at exhibitions.
Requirements
-- Fluent English is a MUST!
-- Education: at least a Bachelors degree. The field of study is not as important, as your previous sales/management experience. We hope you can illustrate your successes at a previous job with concrete sales numbers.
-- A desire/ability to travel (you might be required to travel about once a month).
-- Be responsible and be able to motivate yourself.
-- Have a sense of humor. You will need it.
