We are looking for our client, an international IT company, for a dedicated Human Resources Director to manage HR strategy and human capital development initiatives in EMEA and US markets.
Key functions:
- Establishing talent acquisition, retention and employee career progression strategies designed to support short and long human capital needs.
- Establishing comprehensive employee compensation, benefits and retention strategy
- Establishing policies that support internal promotion, employee career development and succession plans.
- Manage HR branding initiatives.
- Determining training needs.
- Organizing, supervising, and evaluating employee training programs.
- Coordinating recruiting events to raise awareness of the company.
- Evaluating employee performance and create improvement plans with team leaders.
- Supervising onboarding and team-building efforts.
- Partnering with local HR leaders to understand unique business requirements and translate into defendable guidance that drives more effective business results.
- Developing practical labor strategies that support and enable the business to work effectively.
- Balancing transactional demands with senior business leaders’ need for strategic vision and partnership
- HR oversight of operational activities
- Analyzing people data in the context of driving business efficiency
- Delivering, improving, and sustaining orientation programs
- Annual performance management process
- Ensuring HR administration & legal compliance
- HR communications
- Assessing employee engagement and implementing loyalty programs
Key requirements:
- University degree
- 5+ experience in human resources management in executive roles with either IT or any other people driven industry
- Strong personal values
- Bright and dedicated personality
- Experience in HR brand management
- Experience in managing the entire employment lifecycle of corporate teams
- Experience in HR strategy and policy development, talent acquisition as well as T&D functions is mandatory
- Fluent English, in addition to native Ukrainian and Russian
- International experience will be an asset
- Experience with US companies will be an asset
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE FREQUENT TRAVEL BETWEEN SEVERAL COUNTRIES - Russia, Ukraine and the US.
