Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Evening Front Desk Manager
The Front Desk Manager is in charge of all the reception work in the office and provides everyday customer relations service. The position holder is further is in charge of arranging accommodation, responsible for consulting students on various day-to-day issues including accommodation complains, scheduling and organizing students' activities, transfer arrangements and visa support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accommodation
- Select and confirm accommodation (including host families, shared flats, apartments, hotels, hostels)
- Control of the accommodation quality and check in process in Moscow
- Accommodation troubleshooting after client’s arrival
- Accommodation database development (search for new accommodation providers, inspection and agreements)
Visa Support
- Support and control applications for the students visas at Local Migration Office
- Prepare and submit documents for letters of invitation
- Register invitations at Local Migration Office
- Send originals to students
- Submit visa application and supporting documents for prolongations
- Register arrived student at Local Migration Office
Customer Relations
- Supervising students’ arrival
- School introductions on Mondays’ or other days for new students
- Handing assessment tests to the students on the first day
- Handling arrival issues, such as lost luggage, delayed flights, visa problems, transfer problems etc.
- Dealing with students’ complaints, consulting students of daily issues. Refer complaints further if necessary (according to our complaints procedure – see student handbook)
Additional Responsibilities
- Responsible for the school emergency mobile number at weekends and holidays
- Organizing transfers for arriving students
- Handling local travel enquiries
- School daily work and everyday customer relation’s services
- Consulting students about daily different questions
- Office-management
- Take part in the Friday’s student’s parties and other student events.
- Exchange of the information about students with colleagues in St. Petersburg/Riga
Culture Activities
Scheduling and organizing student activities (cultural program) – co-operation with guides/teachers and transport companies
- Pro-active search of new and interesting city events and including them in the cultural program
- Social Networks - reports about plans, held events, etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education, preferably in philology, tourism or educational services
- Good spoken and written English ( other languages are in advantage )
- Experienced PC user
- Customer-oriented, friendly
- Well organized and highly responsible
- Able to deal with a huge amount of information
Working conditions:
- Working hours:
- Mon. 12:00 – 21:00, including 1-hour lunch breaks
