PARTS SALES MANAGER
Responsible for all parts sales in CNH Industrial Russia: IVECO, CNH Agricultural and Construction Equipment Products, within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities are: managing the Parts Sales team, to ensure that the budgeted Parts Sales and Margin Objectives are achieved within the assigned territory.
To support and help to develop the Importers aftermarket parts sales activities. To develop and implement specific parts pricing campaigns to recover lost business and increase the Importers parts market share and parts product group penetration within the assigned territory/countries.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
- Responsible for reaching the main Sales Commercial objectives of the area: volume, profitability, parts market share.
Responsible for all parts sales activities for the Company within the assigned territory/countries.
- Propose /implement commercial targets for Dealers in line with BDG defined for the market. Develop and implement a territory parts business plan, identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities with Importers.
- Control (daily) the order intake portfolio and relevant regularity as a guarantee of the monthly commercial targets respect.
- Participate in developing, implementing and monitoring specific parts incentive programs to recover lost business and increase the Dealers parts market share and parts product group penetration within the assigned territory/countries.
- Support Marketing in collection of business information with link to the territory ( running park, parts potential, competition benchmark, price analysis).
- In cooperation with Marketing, conduct studies in the market place to determine competitive activity, and where appropriate develop necessary action plans to counter activity and recover lost business.
- Provide support to Marketing in developing and implementing parts marketing programs to improve the Company/ Dealer revenue and profit.
- Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis.
- Work with business managers on recommended parts packages to be included in Wholegoods bids, tenders and contracts.
- To support in developing Dealers aftermarket parts sales activities.
- Work in close collaboration with Marketing and Pricing, Technical services and Network development Departments.
Requirements:
- Higher technical or economical education
- Head of spare parts sales experience from 5 years
- Proven sales results in spareparts
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Russian spareparts market for automotive, agricultural and construction equipment
- High managerial and leadership skills
