This is a unique opportunity for a high performing professional who is ready to take part in creating strategy in terms of Route To Market (RTM) modelling, monitoring current level and introducing ways of increasing sales force effectiveness. The employee is expected to bring Russia market’s sales force roles towards global benchmarks, considering complexity and autonomy of tasks, given responsibility and optimal workload.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading Sales Force Effectiveness projects and activities, including preparing and presenting executive summaries to management
- Managing projects related to RTM and Sales Force Effectiveness strategy:
- Defining and calculating coverage model, including outlets segmentation, optimal workload. Permanent assessment of deviations, introduction of updates is necessary
- Building and maintaining Sales Force Architecture
- Monitoring management of monthly routing process
- Inspiring usage of digital tools and maintaining their up-to-date status
- Maintaining Sales Force workload capacity model
- Maintaining headcount database
- Close collaboration and communication with regional colleagues upon Sales Force issues
- Creating and monitoring guidelines regarding strategic and regular activities
- Participation in cross-functional meetings connected with HR, RTM & Sales Force Effectiveness aspects
- Analytical support to financial analysis of Sales Force Effectiveness
