The position
You will provide, coordinate and follow-up on the IT support related KPI’s. Coordinate external IT supporter(s) in Moscow office and Site Kaluga. Facilitate training of users on relevant IT matters. Purchase and prepare IT equipment according to GITO standards. Maintain the IT infrastructure in close collaboration with GITO Subject Matter Expert. You will have close collaboration with Virtual IT team in EMEA North. Follow all GITO guidelines and propose improvements to relevant affiliates whenever feasible.
Also, you will be responsible for well function of the Helpdesk in Russia, follow of the incidents together with the EMEA Incident Manager, resolve local critical incidents including IT security incidents.
One of your responsibilities will be to ensure new employee onboarding and user training on relevant IT tools.
Qualifications
- University Degree in IT/Computer Science or Bachelor degree with relevant discipline
- Fluent in oral and written English & Russian
- Appropriate service management program (ITIL certification)
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow is an additional asset
- A minimum of 3 years of IT support related experience is required
- Proven ability to lead local IT support or other relevant infrastructure services
- Previous experience working in a 24/7 organisation
