WHAT DOES SALES PLANNING & ANALYSIS MANAGER DO?
Sales planning & analysis manager is responsible for the processes of strategic planning, budgeting and review the budget based on analysis of information from previous years and future promotional programs related to sales volumes (by brands/by channel/by months). Also, sales planning & analysis manager provides final results to the teams of Commerce, Finance and Logistic.

You well understand business processes and their impact on profits, you are ready to develop and inspire people to achieve high results that bring success to the company. You are experienced user of Microsoft, have experience with SQL and have experience of programming in Microsoft Excel Visual Basic. You are focused on the result and enjoy your work.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Strategic planning and budgeting of sales Sell in and Sell out (by brand, channel, months)
- Leading the process of preparing sales plans (annual / quarterly) by region, channel, customer
- Coordination of the sales forecast process every month by region, brand channel
- Sales analysis based on data from external and internal sources
- Optimization of the processes of preparation and analysis of sales data
- Participation in cross functional projects
- Collection and analysis of data on retail prices and preparation of reports for users
- Ensuring the relevance, accuracy and completeness of sales information
- Providing information and analytical support to the sales department for decision-making
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Experience in analyzing a big data
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports
- Commerce experience at FMCG
- Understanding key business processes and their impact on profits
- Advanced user of PC (Excel: pivot tables, formulas, diagrams; PowerPoint)
- Experience of work with SQL
- Experience of programming in Microsoft Excel Visual Basic
- Work experience with Nielsen and SAP is desirable
- Ability to highlight main problems and create a solution plan
- People leadership experience
- Decision making ability
- Analytical skills, experience of work in the face of uncertainty
- Experience of work with many ideas, ranging of these ideas and development of recommendation
- Experience of optimization of business-processes, identification of areas for development and development of recomendation
- Upper-intermediate level of English
