Responsibilities:
- Own all inbound leads from European market.
- Identify, qualify and own new registrations on the platform.
- Work very closely with the sales team to ensure that all inbound leads are being fully supported.
- Initiate and handle inbound calls and emails with potential customers.
- Schedule meetings / demo calls with the prospects from assigned territory.
- Process all customer data in CRM system on a daily basis.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (at least C1 level). Another European language (C1 level) is a plus.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working with large amount of data.
- Team player with high energy level, dynamic personality, action oriented.
- Attentive, stress-resistant, self-determined person with a positive attitude.
- Experience working with customers is a plus.
- Driven and self-motivated, with a desire to achieve goals.
- Can adapt, when necessary, to accommodate changes in industry and company direction.
