Kelly is in search for a L2 support engineer for one of our strategic partners, a global telecom company! If you are willing to join a skilled team with a great potential for growth and feel confident with your English skills - we are happy to chat about it!
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 2+ years recent computer and server troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Able to and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems.
- Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware (Windows OS family)
- Professional user service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime.
- English level – upper-intermediate.
Advantages: - Write product documentation for software manuals and training.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and other server applications.
- Experience with Huawei server equipment
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting
