About Diversey
Diversey is a provider of cleaning, sanitation and maintenance products, systems and services that efficiently integrate chemicals, machines and sustainability programs.
The target of the role to maintain work with existing key clients with an annual potential of each at least $100K and increase the company's sales through organic growth and the introduction of new solutions (products and services) for these clients, adhering to the company's established level of profitability. Close collaboration with the managers and colleagues from other departments, preparation of effective offers, focused on the identified needs of an existing key account.
Main tasks and functions:

Evaluate the potential of the customers, prioritize tasks, needs, track the business reliability and financial security.

Create and regularly update the customer database.

Strategic and operational planning. Critical control points etc.

Identify capabilities to meet customer needs, and if they are not available yet, work with Marketing, Value Creation (VC), Planning and Technical Customer Service (TCS) departments, to define and implement the solution.

Develop and improve methods of working with existing customers on a daily base.

Collecting information about market trends and competitors activities.
Duties:

Monitoring ongoing work with Key Accounts and the implementation of previously reached agreements.

Quarterly based meetings with the decision-makers, to discuss the implementation of agreements, current situation, needs and opportunities.

Analyze the completeness of implemented solutions and search for opportunities to expand business with existing key accounts, by covering new areas and implementing new solutions and products.

Negotiations with decision-makers, presentation of the benefits and values of the cooperation and specific offers, prices change, terms, and re-signing contracts.

Preparation on regular base forecasts, product requirements, equipment and resources to meet contractual obligations

Control over accounts receivable and timely payment of invoices for goods and services, the fulfillment of contractual agreements and the level of customer satisfaction.

In time communication with the customers about new products, promotions, and changes in the product range

Organize joint events (innovations and customer days, roadshows, etc.).

Pro-active participation in the CLTs’ (customer leadership team) and new customers transition from the business Development Department, to Key Account department
Requirement:
- Higher education;
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities:
- PC advance user (MS office, Power Point)
- English - Intermediate
