FairWind A/S is a global provider of wind turbine service and installation with branches around the world. Аs Faiwind Wind's most important asset is our employees (and we are constantly increasing our pool), now we are looking for the most qualified person for the position of Operational Assistant for our Moscow office.
This job is a perfect combination of an analytical and administrative tasks with a real opportunity to make a contribution to the development of green energy.
Your main tasks will be:
- Drafting and ensuring the availability of the all necessary internal documents (regulations, instructions, orders);
- Control of the entire document flow (the availability of all contracts with both clients and suppliers, addendums, original invoices and acceptance statements), constant interaction with the construction site;
- Interaction with the banks (opening accounts and bank cards for new employees, as well as on other issues);
- Obtaining work permits for foreign employees;
- Managing of making the voluntary medical insurance for technicians;
- Interaction with public authorities (Tax office, Ministry of Internal Affairs - on work permits, FMS - on obtaining the permits for work in border areas, notification of concluding agreements with the foreign employees);
- Inspection arrangement and accounting over assets utilization (including fuel);
- Assistance in finding the necessary equipment, tools, service providers (garbage disposal companies, hotels, heavy machinery / car rental companies, medical examinations, fuel suppliers, dry closet rental);
- Order and delivery of training certificates for technicians to the construction site and control of their validity);
- Responsibility for every important thing to be present in the office (stationery, water, tea, coffee, office cleaning control);
- Full interaction with the Kyiv office, and, if necessary, with the Polish / Danish office.
