JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analytical support:
- To prepare analytical reports based on budget files, calculate scenarios and contract KPI’s for negotiations;
- Technical support in Key Accounts strategy development:
- To keep a relevant list of SKU in Contract Module in order to have correct information about contract compliance;
- To prepare analytical reports based on TME Siebel/TME Extra information and Nielsen data;
- To provide administrative support in contracts signing;
- To prepare presentations and other analytical information regarding Key Accounts overview and development on a monthly basis;
- To review the assortment matrixes in all the Account’s outlet formats in accordance with the agreed approach;
- Provide the implementation of the approved assortments including preparation of all the needed documents for Account’s internal system;
- To manage the preparation of assortment planograms for each outlet format, type of the equipment and filial on time and in accordance with Category Management approach. To get the planograms approved by Account’s representatives and control the implementation.
- Administrative support for databases optimization:
- To control accuracy and timelines of entering information into databases by Operations staff;
- Analysis of tobacco products market in the assigned area:
- To monitor competitors’ new products and marketing activities in a chain;
- To prepare reports and presentations based on market dynamics analysis and sales data from chain;
- To make proposals for business processes optimization;
- To control SIS assortment penetration and provide post-implementation analysis.
- Administrative support for activities (1-2-1) & POS materials development processes related to RRP category:
- To organize planning & ordering, delivering & placing of POS materials in outlet by interaction with POSM group;
- Regularly communication with representative of chain and regional colleagues in order to ensure execution of activities.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree preferably Economics specialization;
- At least 1+ year experience in FMCG multinational company;
- English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
- Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and following internal applications TME Extra, Siebel, Contract Module, CAS);
- Strong planning and analytical skills; structured approach & self-discipline, attention to details;
- Organized & responsible person with ability to learn quickly;
- Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills, ability to work under time pressure;
- Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation, strong commitment & desire to grow within Sales function.
