Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales volume plan execution:
- Annual sales planning for TOP NKA/LKA;
- Sales plan fulfillment supervision;
- Planning the activities aimed at sales volume increase.
Market share management:
- MT market environment analysis;
- Our activities within KA analysis;
- Development and implementation of the leverages that influence EFES RUS brands share within KA.
Sales team management:
- Building the efficient cross-team;
- Goals setting and their fulfillment supervision;
- Talents discovery and their retaining within the company;
- Staff development up to SKAM, RMTM.
Account management:
- Negotiating with TOP NKA/LKA;
- TOP NKA/LKA business plan development and realization;
- Providing all contracted terms and conditions fulfilled by KA;
- Providing all annual contracts signed within trade policy;
- KA profitability analysis (P&L report);
- Trade terms and trade policy review in order to make them more favorable;
- Clients communication in terms of monthly reporting on collaboration results.
Budget management:
- TOP NKA/LKA budget planning in compliance with trade terms and according to EFES RUS policies;
- All budget items spending control;
- Searching for budget expenses optimization opportunities.
Project management:
- Leading the projects aimed at cross-functional interaction improvement;
- Organizing cross-functional interaction with inner and outer clients;
- Company business processes adjustment initiatives so as to create unified client service rules;
- Competitive environment analysis.
KPIs fulfillment:
- Monthly core KPI’s performance.
Communication:
- Effective communication with EFES RUS inner clients;
- Active participation in integrated planning process;
Reports:
- Account plans;
- Account file;
- Account P&L reports;
- KPIs reports;
- Financial reports (Discounts, DME, Price Promo, OPEX).
Competency Requirements:
Education, work experience:
- Higher education;
- Fluent English;
- SKAM, RMTM, RSM work experience – 1 year;
- Driving license - В category.
