WHAT IS THE COMPANY?

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The ISAM RU will work very closely with the sub-regional sales team to ensure our authorized partners (AP) are aware of our strategy and being fully supported.
What will be your daily tasks? Let us describe:
- Communications with Axis partners on daily basis, mostly by phone/e-mail but personal meetings will also happen – with the main goals to increase the sales and build the relations;
- While communicating with partners you will provide the information about Axis products, prices, seminars for partners, etc. – about everything that might help the partner to grow business with Axis;
- Invitation of existing partners to Axis Academy trainings;
- Administrative work with keeping the database (Salesforce) up-to-date, reporting, etc.;
- New partners Registration in the system;
- Delivering and developing Webinars and context of Webinars together with Axis Communications Academy Trainer;
- Be responsible for demo equipment circulation (give partners for testing, accept demo equipment, monitor the testing timelines);
- Visit fairs, exhibitions, important key customers in the field to gain experience and work more closely with customers in the market - together with regional KAMs;
- Regularly join and participate at Axis Communications Academy to meet customers, to get in touch with customers and use this possibility to recruit new partners;
- Participate and take active part in Axis events (Partner days, Road Shows, etc.)
The role includes setting targets/KPIs to Partners and continuous evaluating performance linked to those targets as well as evaluating potential.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that success in this position is linked to a passion to learn new things, being proactive and willing to be a great team member.
Our successful candidate:
- Has at least 2 years working experience in sales (IT or video surveillance industry experience will be an advantage);
- Graduated from the technical university (is not obligatory but will be an advantage);
- Is familiar with indirect sales model;
- Has great communication skills as well as good analytics skills;
- Has proven experience in developing and communicating with authorized partner;
- Experience with the Salesforce tool will be an advantage.

- Have the ability to listen to the person and win the heart of the listener;
- Have some technical knowledge in order to provide first level technical information and are ready for continuous learning in video surveillance sphere;
- Have enthusiasm about IP technology;
- Are friendly and open character, patient, service minded towards customers and colleagues;
- Are bringing new ideas to improve processes and efficiency;
- Eager to develop in the sales field furthermore;
- Have enough patience for the routine tasks;
- Are fluent in Russian and English (written and verbal).
