THE ROLE
We are opening to join the team and will be responsible for brand management of Color Cosmetics brand portfolio including global iconic brands such as Max Factor, Rimmel, Bourjois & Sally Hansen!
Strong marketing background in color cosmetics, result-oriented approach, well developed interpersonal & communication skills, media and digital expertise & strong leadership are essential to be successful. This role will involve setting and executing the local marketing strategy for brands in scope, development & execution of local support plans for new global initiatives (both product and commercial) & developing locally relevant programs based on local consumer insights. Additionally, it will be important to have good understating of beauty business and trends.

Reporting to: Marketing Director, Consumer Beauty
Direct reports: 3 Brand Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the business: end-to-end P&L responsibility for the brands in scope;
- Plan and deliver local initiative masterplan & support plans, including Media and Influencer Marketing;
- Manage brands’ budgets within corporate processes and procedures;
- Track sales trends, customer trends and brand KPIs to drive right choices and actions driving topline and bottom line, lead monthly business review process for the brands in scope;
- Control marketing plan execution;
- Lead pricing strategy;
- Manage the team of 3 experienced Brand Managers;
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (TM, Sales, Finance, Product Supply) to deliver winning plans and best in class execution for the business;
- In touch with beauty industry, market trends and consumer insights, understand the consumer and market requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years relevant work experience in marketing or brand management;
- 3+ years of marketing experience in color cosmetics is a must;
- 1+ year of people management experience;
- Knowledge across all areas of brand management (global, local, media planning including digital, influencer marketing, market analysis, market research, P&L management, marketing plans development). Marketing mastery and excellence;
- Higher education in relevant field;
- Proficient computer skills - MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent English – need to regularly communicate and present to global team;
- Personal capabilities:
- Driven and ambitious leader with strong sense of ownership, accountability, strong collaboration skills and action oriented mentality;
- Strong leadership and consistent collaboration across multi-functional and customer teams is critical to driving engagement, alignment and executions;
- Needs to demonstrate the ability to Energize, Engage and Enable the team to deliver with excellence, GTM strategies and plans;
- Strong strategic thinking & skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong creative skills to properly evaluate global & local executions;
- Ability to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives;
- Must be a self-starter, needs to be able to act with agility. Will need to be able to stay focused on key priorities but also adapt quickly to a changing landscape;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Strong attention to details and accuracy. Have operational and financial discipline
