We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join an international company. We offer consulting, development and advisory services to help our clients define their strategy, solution architecture and deliver outcomes that provide tangible business benefits.
Now we are launching our own product Application Traffic Control (ATC) to the Russian and EU market of Enterprise solutions. ATC - ai-powered B2B cloud solution to proactively control business processes and accelerate operational efficiency.
The Pre-Sales IT Consultant is a core position for our innovative product and we encourage you to act as a respected technology leader inside and outside Weigandt consulting.
Key responsibilities:

working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
-
attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert
-
putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
-
working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
-
ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
-
presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
-
working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
-
replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
Requirements:
-
3+ years of IT consulting experience or IT Pre-Sale manager
-
technically competent to influence and understand the solution context & approach and aid engineering in estimating the complexity of work being requested
-
great presentation skills and ability to present your ideas/ thoughts/plans with senior stakeholders with clarity & confidence (verbal and writing skills)
-
ability to understand & specify non-functional requirements for the project and collaborate with engineering to ensure those are met
-
an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
-
excellent facilitation skills and ability to effectively facilitate requirement gathering/elicitation sessions with senior business leaders/ clients
-
champion continuous improvement within the consulting stream balanced between technical, commercial, delivery and service pressures
-
upper-intermediate English level (verbal and writing skills)
