The job is about coordinating business process on marketing planning, which includes managing and supporting automated systems (SalesForce.com) and reporting tools (Power BI and owned solution), process, timings, collaborate with international team of more than 100 marketing and sales executives from all regions company operates on. Important things are to be able to collect and structure the data using automated systems, analyze data and be able to report it any time to management. Job also includes making trainings and explaining concepts to stakeholders from different functions in order to support them in getting right data in and out of the automated systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient global processes, tools, and services to ensure transparent marketing planning
- Lead marketing planning and manage campaign structures through all company: align global and local campaigns through automatic settings in system and organizing communication between global and local departments
- Analyse marketing plans and improve data quality
- Management of marketing planning processes implementation and integration: collaboration with finance teams and tools, new features integration into different platforms (project management).
- Drive processes that utilize Salesforce.com (CRM solution) for planning, analysis and management of online/offline marketing programs.
- Oversee marketing budget administration associated with global and local marketing programs
- Give operational support to all SalesForce users in frames of marketing planning process
- Manage marketing planning taxonomy and processes visibility through structuring information on shared spaces, trainings and new marketing members induction
- Create reports and conduct analysis on marketing plans both from regions and global functions
- Assist Marketing Optimization manager with reports, extracts from the systems, meetings coordination and actions targeted to establishing efficiency evaluation processes in the company
Candidate’s profile:

- Good presenter (trainings, webinars, new people inductions, face to face meetings)

- Result oriented, getting things done skill is a must. Ability to organize time and meet deadlines
- Good with systems, excel sheets, graphs and basic level of data analysis and visualization
- Marketing background is a must, at least as assistant of department / coordinator, ideally – marketing spec who dealt with planning, budgeting, reporting, financial/budgeting knowledge is a big plus
- Project management, organizational skills, ability to lead team projects, manage different stakeholders interests and achieving results in stated timings
- English – fluent, advanced both speaking and writing
Education:
BA/MS Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance.
Preferred background:
- At least 2 years of full time job experience in international corporations
- Spheres: Marketing, Sales, Analytics, also – assistants of departments or coordinators who were managing reporting, processes will be a good fit
