A set of measures to address issues of acceptance and quality of deliveries/shipments:
- Contractual work with suppliers (Russia, France) for the supply of furniture, consultants ' uniforms, signage-approval/signing of contracts/appendices, setting deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations, payment for the supply of commercial equipment, uniforms
- Participation in the evaluation of the results of tenders, preparation of technical tasks for suppliers for furniture and a form for sales consultants
- Analysis and submission of data for updating furniture prices/consultants ' form
- Analysis of deliveries and preparation of plans for shipments of furniture / forms of consultants
- Control of warehouse furniture residues and form consultants
- Working with furniture claims/consultant forms
Complex of events for opening/renovation of corporate stores:
- Alignment of placements and reporting on discoveries in France
- Checking draft projects for compliance with the brand book
- Preparation of specifications for furniture shipment
- Participation in congresses at the head office in France (2 times a year) on commercial equipment and consultant forms
Requirements for the applicant:
- Experience with trading equipment for at least 3 years
- Higher education
- Confident PC user MSOFFICE
- Competent oral and written speech
- Knowledge of English – at least level B2, knowledge of French is welcome.
