Targeting better customer focus and sales results improvement we are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Leader (Merchandising Team Leader) to join our team in Russia. Trade Marketing Leader is responsible for managing merchandising team across Russia, achieving sales targets, executing in-store sales support programs and developing marketing programs targeted to national and regional retail chains promo activities. Trade Marketing Leader coordinates and implements marketing programs that increase SBD brands presence and market share, improve customer satisfaction. He/she works closely with the Sales team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all merchandising team activities across Russia including their planning, approval, implementation and analysis.
- Contribute to the Company’s goals and objectives achievement including retail in-store sales targets execution as well as market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance improvement.
- Develop the In-store Trade Marketing Strategy and execute marketing programs to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories in DIY (Modern Trade) Channel including the increase of visual presence and ultimate take-away.
- Develop, put in place, monitor and improve processes and procedures to link entire marketing activities including brand building and product development with sales team activities to ensure return on investment.
- Analyze all relevant customer and shopper data and transfer this into assortment mix and promotion efficiency by customer; work closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
- Develop, execute and monitor 5P (Product, Place, Promotion, Price and Point of Sales Materials) to reach the defined in-store management standards.
- Collaborate with the agencies in relation to merchandising, promotional and event activities/contracts.
- Manage relevant marketing projects and campaigns to support channel activities; provide regular sales and financial reporting and measurement including retail outlets audit.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Economics.
- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar position in Trade Marketing preferably in large multinational tools/ non-food FMCG industry companies, including general people supervisory/management experience (previous work with in-store merchandisers focused on active selling and providing technical consultation to customers is a must) and sales/key account management experience with federal retail chains from 3 years.
- Knowledge and experience in Category Management. Excellent knowledge of trade marketing tools with focus on sales force incentives.
- Experience in writing briefs for and cooperation with agencies; Good knowledge of Digital Marketing tools; strong Presentation Skills; excellent proven Interpersonal verbal and written Communication Skills.
- Candidate must possess good Business Acumen, strong Analytical Skills as well as attention to detail/quality and Project Management experience.
- Russian and English - fluent verbal and written.
- Strong PC skills required (MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project).
- Team Player with good Problem Solving ability & strong Leadership Skills; demonstrated Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced office setting, Goal and Customer oriented.
- Driving license category B with minimum 5 years of driving experience.
