Our agency has shown good results on Russian digital marketing market for 7 years. Now we want to move forward.
We started to look for a business development manager. A person at that position will be responsible for acquiring clients from other countries. Proper services for that type of clients will be developed.
Responsibilities:
Main is to acquire clients for agency new services. You will need to do the following to perform the main task well:

The market research

The coordination of the process of agency services packaging: website texts, LinkedIn descriptions, outbound messages and presentation. We will provide a list of executors who will help with tasks above.

Client acquisition. Active work with LinkedIn and UpWork.

Negotiations with clients, presentations to the clients, follow up of the clients. You should be ready to communicate with the client in English
-
Contracts preparation

Work with the client database to be able to report about current progress.

You will have KPIs on the number of contacts and profits
Requirements:

English language on a very good level

Ability to think, react and make decisions fast

Good written and spoken language

Clients relationship management experience

Clients presentations experience

Attention to small details and ability to forecast how those small detail could affect the process in general

Ability to keep to the deadlines, self-organization skills, time management skills
