Principal Responsibilities:
- Produce complete business requirements definition, functional specification, test scenarios, user documentation and training
- Provide support for the projects involving the development and implementation of IT systems as business analyst and developer
- Develop and support Siebel CRM functionality and its integration with other IT-systems. Prepare technical documentation and releases.
- Work closely with End Users to understand the business requirements, consulting on issues related to the business functionality
- Provide production support for IT systems by researching and troubleshooting any issues with business functionality
- Proactively identify issues, related to system functionality, which could negatively affect business processes within Marketing, Research, Finance, Risks, IT and other related departments
- Conduct acceptance testing of functional enhancements and new products in business applications
- Help End Users with user acceptance testing
- Liaise with various vendor resources to track and manage the resolution of system enhancements and fixes
- Collaborate with architects, managers, engineers and other specialists to elaborate the consensus solutions
- Maintain constant communication with other team members
- Participate in team meetings and help to define best practices and processes
- Review and provide feedback on project plans, project risks and mitigation actions
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with Siebel CRM as business analyst and developer
- Experience in implementation of Siebel CRM as a greenfield / brownfield projects (from consulting company/system integrator side) is a MUST
- Good knowledge of Siebel Tools, Siebel Financial Services, Runtime Events, Workflow, DVM, EAI, EIM, eScript, T-SQL;
- Good knowledge of integration standards and protocols (SOAP, XSLT, XML, WSDL, JMS);
- Good knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (or similar products) is a plus
- Strong background in the full lifecycle of business analysis activities including process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, solution evaluation & RFP, functional design, testing, implementation, production support and user training
- Strong analytical, problem solving, reasoning and negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal skills, including the ability to produce technical and user documentation
- Ability to research and troubleshoot business application issues
- A self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as a team member
- Work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges
- Knowledge of project management and development methodologies is a plus
- Experience of working with Anti-Money Laundering solutions (e.g. NICE Actimize) is a plus
- Experience of working in global financial organizations is a plus
- Experience of working in a complex multi-national environment with inter dependent systems and with many stakeholders is a plus
- Experience of working across a number of systems and technical platforms with strong data analysis skills
