Responsibility:

The main function of sales manager is to sell HTAS Catalytic Processes, Services and/or Technology and/or Equipment within the related territories.
The sales manager responsibilities shall comprise but not be limited to the following:
Business development:
- To establish, maintain and develop contacts with the existing and potential HTAS/HTM customers in the FSU countries.
- To provide Customers with required information, self-guided technologies presentation and to hold negotiations with customers.
- To arrange and conduct business meetings including visits to plants together with HTAS representatives or alone. To follow-up on business meetings and visits, to draw up protocols and to control over their implementation.
- To monitoring HTAS competitors' activities and their position in the market of the FSU countries.
- To organize and participate in seminars, conferences and exhibitions, where HTAS and/or HTM are/is participating.
- Together with Marketing department to prepare market research and promotional materials for market development and projects implementation.

Sales/Projects execution
- To support the execution of RBU’s projects at all stages of their implementation.
- To participation in kick-off project meetings on launch, acceptance of principles and technological schemes together with HTAS or HTM engineers.
- To consult/support HTAS projects in terms of applicable norms and standards of Russian legislation.
- To prepare sales contracts for signature, including: negotiation, drawing up, translation.
- To coordinate documents’ shipment, to arrange HTAS and vendors’ engineers visits to customers’ sites.
- If necessary, to participate in guarantee test runs on customer`s sites together with HTAS or HTM engineers.
- To lead HTAS and HTM collaboration with the Customers via phone calls, business letters, meetings’ minutes, and other communication tools. To conduct and translate business correspondence.
Requirements: - Higher chemical education in refining
- Sales experience in refining industry (Experience in refinery sales plays a key role in this position) of 3 years minimum
- Professional experience within refining industry of 5 years minimum
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of hydroprocessing in refining (including hydrotreating catalysts) is a crucial for this position
- Knowledge and experience in the drafting of international contracts (Incoterms)
- Technical experience within refinery industry or at plants is very much appreciated
- Excellent communication and presentation interpersonal skills
- Available for travelling up to 100 days per year (short 2-3 days trips mostly within Russia, CIS, HQ)
- Ambition and perseverance to achieve results, assertiveness, mobility, responsibility, multitasking, self-motivation, ability to build relationships and communications
- Team player approach
