MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB
To ensure the Agency's strategy for delivering effective sales to potential clients is successfully executed.
- Managing sales process to new accounts for profitable revenue growth.
- Managing people to produce quality output and on-time delivery of commercial offers to potential clients
POSITION IN STRUCTURE
- Senior day to day contact with potential clients and ownership of end-to-end sales process
MAIN DUTIES
- To grow the agencies revenue from new accounts through business via:
Dealing with incoming requests for proposals from potential clients
Proactive business development of new clients
- To have depth understanding of the client’s business and its markets
- To ensure all aspects of the Agency's performance are of the highest possible quality and relevant to the client's needs
- Oversee development of commercial proposal by other departments (Strategy, Creative, Technical, SMM, Media)
- To look beyond the process and own the business development strategy and endgame
- Manage upwards effectively
- To ensure Agency business development objectives are being met
ANY PARTICULAR APTITUDE/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of end-to-end sales process
- Minimum three years previous working experience in advertising industry (creative or media) with international brands
- Well-honed communications, strategic skills and relevant craft skills
- High level of business understanding
- Knowledge of clients business
- Passion and commitment to great creative work
- Leadership and excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Excellent communication and strategic skills
- Fluent English
- Possibility to travel on business occasions
CONDITIONS
- Reporting to: Executive Director / Operations Director
- Location: Moscow (90%), travel (10%)
- Probation period: 3 months
- Salary and social package are subject for discussion with the successful candidate
