Responsibilities:
New Product planning:
1. Prepare presentations on new products launch, generation of new product ideas: market research, sales potential analysis of new products, technical and customers’ characteristics evaluation and comparison, benchmark, advisable pricing positioning of new / launched products, product concept formation and approbation with sales and distributors
2. Potential accessories lists formation for new models with competitors’ benchmark
3. Manage product planning and development completion reports
Analysis
4. Check sales trend of launched products, dealers / distributors feedback, prepare plan on product improvement and sales enhancement
5. Development of countermeasure for underperforming categories, action plan’s coordination with sales department
6. Forecast and analyze of sales and demand of genuine accessories
7. Make recommendations in order to fulfill sales plan
8. New products sales trends control, potential balanced out stock verification and monitoring, measures for dead stock prevention coordination with sales / logistic department
Database & Reports
9. Systematization of product development database, suppliers’ database & evaluation (profile, production and delivery performance, claims, purchasing status, capability and projects management, financial conditions, potential of assortment extension, flexibility)
10. Product & amortization costs tracking
11. Prepare reports on the profitability of product groups;
Workflow
12 Prepare materials for product communication with Distributors, dealers
13. Participate in the preparation of contracts and other agreements
14. Interact with the warehouse, logistics department and technical information and accounting on issues product management
15. Participation in accessories development and stock planning
Requirements:

Higher education
-
Level of English language – Upper intermediate

PC user: Excel and Power Point (advanced level), Microsoft office, experience with different databases

Work experience requirements: previous experience in sales analysis and marketing, automotive sector or related areas

Good analytical and communication skills, knowledge of automotive market

Focus on results, the ability to work under pressure and in the frames of short deadlines, ability to work with significant volumes of information and set priorities, multitasking and decision-making, the ability to search for new solutions
