Principal Accountabilities:
25% Manage execution of cutover and go live activities
- Execute System Cutover, Go Live and Hypercare
- Analyse exceptions and look for trends and training opportunities.
- Work with BU locations to identify root cause and solve issues.
- Schedule retraining sessions as needed. Serve as support for end users post go-live.
- Monitor open and active tickets.
- Process design and build—provide BU/function specific requirements as input to design team and subsequent design/ build of approved Work Intake Demand Management (WIDMs).
- Learn and understand business processes, procedures, transactions and technology within assigned functional area.
- Definition and design of workaround processes.
25% BU Collaboration and Partnering
- Provide BU/function specific requirements as input to design team and subsequent design/build of approved work intakes.
- Learn and understand business processes, procedures, transactions and technology within assigned functional area.
- Collaborate with teams to define and design workaround processes.
- Facilitate change management as needed.
- Serve as Change Agent for assigned location/functional area and bring others along the change journey.
- Assume responsibility to support users as the first live point of contact for functional support with ‘how to’ system and business process questions
- Identify user requirements or gaps for job aides, training, communication, and performance support
- Assist in identification of system or process improvement opportunities
- Participate in on-going and one-off system training & workshops and participate in global team forums
25% Training/Testing
- Complete the curriculum of process and transactional training.
- Review, input and validate the training materials including Standard Operating Procedures designed to document business processes within the BU/Functions
- Update training support materials as needed.
- Conduct process and transactional training for BU’s & Finance Shared Services (FSS) end users (classroom and virtual if applicable).
- Participate in Product test and supporting Process Leads with User Acceptance Testing preparation.
- Execute User Acceptance Test and Business Simulation.
10% Process Analysis
- Define, extract and analyse department metrics
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements and trainings.
- Communicate any process improvements, update process documentation as needed.
- Work with business teams to develop business cases for process and systems improvement projects- Must be able to identify business benefits that drive value for Cargill
- Track system and user performance; Provide feedback on local processes; Collect and generate improvement ideas; Ensure achievement value drivers as per the business case as applicable in area of expertise.
10% Ongoing Support
- Monitor open and active tickets.
- Lead on-going system training and testing and participate in activities to connect all SAP coordinators.
- Participate in SAP coordinator Community of Practice touchpoints and/or events to share knowledge, experience, and lessons learned.
5% Project work as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Business/Accounting graduate, or relevant vocational qualification
- 3+ years’ experience in Procure to Pay, OTSC, RTR and related Finance areas
- Strong knowledge of SAP and experience in system implementations, gap analysis and continuous improvement
- Experience of process migrations, creation of effective process maps and SOPs, training of end users is a plus
- Fluent in English, written and oral.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience of influencing management and key stakeholders.
- Strong business partnering and collaboration
- Strong ownership and accountability skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office
- Knowledge of JDE will be a plus
