Accountabilities
- Identify / map key players in relevant processing industries
- Own KAM of identified organisations of critical business importance
- Create strong relationships with key players understanding their business critical challenges and creating value for Syngenta
- Link in with portfolio management and R&D Work in close alignment and support of Commercial
- Build programs ensuring that Syngenta capture value
Critical success factors & key challenges
- Successfully develop and implement AIs (Active Ingredients) business strategy and plans
- Strong credibility and ability to persuade and negotiate both internally and externally
- Clear 3rd party customers segmentation
- Develop and maintain effective and highly credible 1-2-1 relationships with key players
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in SYT and abroad to ensure best practice sharing and facilitation / federation of ideas
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
- Bachelor degree in agriculture, business, marketing or equivalent related subject or equivalent experience in Agri Sector
- Understanding of Syngenta’s portfolio and AIs
- Comprehensive understanding of how GTM of customers looks like
- Significant knowledge of sales and marketing practices
- Computer literate
Critical experience
- Experience & proven credibility within and understanding market players and value creation
- Experience of working within the agricultural industry, preferably CP
- Proven experience in marketing & sales
- Experience in delivering results in a cross functional team
- Experience in strategy and business planning & implementation
