Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Business Development & Account Manager with excellent English / Менеджер по развитию бизнеса
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Development of the company's business:
- Identify prospects - established universities actively recruiting Russian speaking students, and convert them into clients using own network, attending relevant conferences and exhibitions, approaching them directly and working closely with an outsources telemarketing agency;
- Drive growth of the business by developing a robust pipeline and converting its leads;
- Renew agreements with current clients;
- Run accounts’ campaigns on company's website and other platforms:
- Develop good working relationships with the stakeholders of the existing accounts (international universities in the UK, US and the Netherlands);
- Define accounts’ USPs and deliver this message to our online users;
- Manage development of the content to ensure users retention and SEO friendliness;
- Manage newsletter and social media campaigns run for the University-accounts;
- Analyse campaigns’ performance and devise an action plan, weekly and monthly;
- Prepare and present campaigns’ results to the clients.
- Manage task distribution among the contractors supporting account manager in all creative and translations.
Education and experience:
- Master level degree from the top University, university degree from university abroad is a big plus;
- Min 4 years and proven track records of corporate business development and account management conducting most of the communication in English;
- High achiever with can do attitude, which must be proved by academic records, the level of the attended university and career progression;
- Knowledge of English at the top of advanced level as this role involves day-to-day communication with clients from UK and USA;
- Knowledge of Russian language at a native level to be able to approve content developed in Russia;
- Customer-focused, good with people with excellent communication skills;
- With sound commercial judgement and entrepreneurial mindset;
- With digital expertise, incl. understanding of user friendly content, online advertising, lead generation and SEO requirements for the website content and functionality;
