Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Administration, supporting various levels of Human Resources and management in other departments.
- Work experience in the field of personnel management, excellent knowledge of labor law
- Work experience in the field of process administration, coordination skills of the department
- Higher education
Job Expectations:
- Act as the Human Resources liaison, providing excellent customer service to all teams at the Russian office
- Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Staff administration and HR records keeping, issuing all necessary HR documents for onboarding, leaves, transfers, vacations and bonuses, maternity leave registration, sick leave certificates registration and completion
- Manage employee benefits and statutory leaves
- Employee consultation on issues regarding the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Participate in internal projects for the Department of Human Resources related to training and development
- Update and maintain records for staff in HR systems (Workday)
- Visa support for Russian employees and foreign visitors
- Prepare and submit monthly internal reports
- Prepare and submit mandatory statistical reporting to external organizations
- Provide information on new hires, terminations and timesheets (including PTO, etc.) to our corporate payroll department
- Ordering office stationery, water, corporate mobile telephones, business cards, envelopes and other products or needed goods; preparing invoices and purchase orders for payment
- Work with incoming and outgoing correspondence, liaising with couriers
- Liaison between IT Help Desk and team members
- Liaison with the lessor and property management service when needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluency (oral and written) in Russian and English
- Possession of office tools, such as Google Suite (documents, sheets, slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS and time tracking systems
- Ability to use a computer, photocopy, fax and other office equipment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Superior reliability is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with confidential information, documents, emails, as well as when resolving issues related to benefits, requests or complaints of team members.
- Effective communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to write notes, policies and procedures
