Responsibilities:
- Contract Management and document flow with external Customers in order to ensure uninterrupted sales process (commercial contracts, appendices, supplements, internal documentation, etc.)
- Order management process including issue of delivery accompanying documents
- Support of daily work of commercial department (ensuring all necessary information and documents available for internal meetings and negotiations with Customers)
- Monitoring Customer payments status and provide information to Commercial departments
- Responsible for Customer Claims processing
- Responsible for sampling order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Working experience in Customer Service 3-5 years
- Customer focused (coupled with excellent communication skills).
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Self-discipline and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team and to comply the company processes
- Ability to work with large amount of information
- Analytical and constructive thinking
- Strong PC User
