We are currently looking for an Account Development Representative in Russia to join our successful sales team in Moscow or St Petersburg.

Overall Responsibilities & Main Purpose of the role:
- Work in line with Arrow’s Vision and Values
- Work with predefined and well known set of Customers
- Be accountable for decisions made and initiatives taken
- Frequent Customer visits within Russia
- Develop our Customer relations and manage negotiations
- Manage other resources to grow the business
- Measures: Growth and Customer satisfaction
Required profile:
You achieve good results and deliver brilliant customer service. You are good at building strong relationships as well as influencing others. You possess good business skills and are a genuine problem solver. Dealing with ambiguity is nothing new to you and your negotiating skills are often asked for. You know how to manage your own time and Account territory. Sales system skills is a big advantage for this position, as well as industrial knowledge. You are analytical, creative and a good planner.
