Tasks:

Regular interaction with existing customers for follow-up projects and contacting of potential new customers as well as customer visits on the regular base

Proactive acquisition activities: contact with customers & stakeholders to specify in projects

Execution of professional product trainings and technical consultations for architects, designers, contractors and investors as well as after-sales activity
-
Establishing and creating new relationships and contacts among targets groups
-
Projects & orders management: supervising, co-ordination and achievement of objectives
-
Commercial and technical management of customer orders and maintaining CRM data
-
Continuous market analyses, local marketing and promotional activities
-
Close cooperation and collaboration with sales department and support services
Requirements:
-
High technical/economy education, experience in building materials branch is desirable
-
At least 3-years of proven experience in a similar position in international companies in sector materials for interiors/furniture
-
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, business acumen
-
High level of responsibility, independence, flexibility, self-confidence, ability to work with large amount of information, confident skills in using all modern communication methods
-
Result-oriented mindset, stress resistance, self-control, persistence, out of the box thinking
-
Ability to perform parallel several tasks and to handle multiple priorities, diligence, accuracy, attentiveness, high speed of reaction, excellent commercial insight

Willingness to travel

Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CRM tools is a strong advantage

Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
