What we do:
Our Payroll specialists provide clients with various services including payroll and HR compliance services and consulting services regarding employment-related labor and tax issues
Responsibilities:
You may be involved in:
- Preparation of payroll calculations, payroll-related reporting and HR documents for Russian companies and subdivisions of foreign companies registered in Russia including payroll calculations in respect of expatriate employees;
- Day-to-day communication with clients in Russian and English – both verbally and by email including visits to the clients’ offices for execution of HR administration function;
- Assistance with labor, personal income tax and social security contributions consulting including preparation of legislation researches, analysis of the results of such researches, drafting of memorandums and reports;
- Taking part in marketing activities including preparation of commercial proposals, leaflets, brochures, etc.;
- Administrative functions: maintaining client databases, filing documents (both electronic and paper), drafting client-related contractual documents, etc.
To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Higher education degree (economics, finance, sociology);
- Experience in payroll/ HR administration services
- Excellent analytical skills;
- English (intermediate written and spoken);
- High PC literacy (MS Excel, Power Point, Word);
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent team player;
- High commitment;
- Willingness to learn constantly;
- Readiness to work within tough deadlines and in changing environment.
