Position: Regional Market Access Manager
Submission: Head of Regional Market Access
Key Accountabilities:

- To develop a permanent partnership with key individuals, including opinion leaders, government agencies, with regional health authorities and other bodies to increase the availability of drugs for the treatment of patients
- To develop a strategy and plans for market access in the regions (jointly with the national MA managers and departments involved in the promotion of drugs in the region (BU, T&R), collecting together the results of pharmacoeconomic studies, the impact of healthcare budgets and systems, and other tests for the company's key drugs
- To broaden public and patient organizations in the regions and work for their involvement in and support of the company's strategic goals
- To understand the basics of functioning of the health system of the Russian Federation - legislative framework in the field of drug provision and its enforcement practices at the regional/federal levels, the principles and channels of financing, structure, formation and allocation of budget flows, and the health support program
- To proactively analyze legislative changes concerning health issues, including pricing and reimbursement, healthcare programs, etc.
- Identify stakeholders, carry out their mapping and segmentation, create profiles of stakeholders, define the hierarchy of decision-making
- To form understanding of the ideas and needs of stakeholders through negotiations, cross-functional interaction, expert advice, expert councils, research, study of ready market reports, public sources, etc.
- To understand the criteria, mechanisms and procedures used by stakeholders when making decisions about inclusion of drugs in the preferential lists, the allocation of additional funding, etc.
- To ensure recording the needs and values of stakeholders in cross-functional interactions (in commercial planning, launching new products, developing marketing strategies, conducting pharmacoeconomic studies, etc.)
- To know the principles and methods of treatment within the target therapeutic areas, applications, advantages of promoted products that are significant to stakeholders, marketing strategy and competitive environment
- To understand the assessment methodology in pharmacoeconomics and famous trademarks, to interpret the results of pharmacoeconomic research of the Company and communicate them to customers in the format of value propositions tailored to their needs
- To generate forecasts of development of the region, to analyze scenarios that affect market access
