Lakeplace Design is a digital transformation company based in Houston, TX. Over these years, we have assisted several local and global companies with reimagining their business through impactful digital solutions backed by the latest technologies.
A company that is creating web-based software products, websites, logo design and does other IT services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.
In a nutshell: You need to find potential clients (leads) in Texas, engage with them via email, schedule a sales meeting. Please note: this is a Percent-based compensation. Most likely you won’t have to actually call and talk, just emails mostly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile a list of potential clients, send email campaigns using CRM software.
- Call or email on prospective clients using an existing list of targeted prospects.
- Educate prospects about our software and understand how it fits their needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings between potential clients and local VP of Sales.
- Use CRM software to manage prospects and track activity.
- The ideal candidate will generate leads.

- Seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Development professional to help us fill the top of the sales funnel.
- 2 years of sales experience with high-value services/products, calling on enterprise customers.
- Must have the experience of cold calling and calling on new accounts.
- Successful track record of generating qualified leads in an inside sales role.
- Resourcefulness and persistence to reach Director-level prospects in large organizations.
- Ability to listen to customer needs as well as educate them on the benefits of partnering with the company, through a consultative sales approach.
- Bachelor’s degree would be nice, but not required
