Looking for an experienced technical lead to manage a development studio.
Key Responsibilities
- To hire and manage developers and to bootstrap a digitization effort for a huge wholesale market.
- Work closely with international technological providers to integrate existing systems into new solutions, as well as to rethink existing legacy systems.
- Maintain and improve existing systems - Databases, Hardware integrations, Administrative systems for non-technical employees.
Required skills
- Technical skills in software development and operations. Mainly user-facing web and native applications requiring high-level security, migration of and integration to legacy DBs and communications protocols.
- Computer science background or another technical degree.
- Product and business orientation are important.
- Good understanding and ability to learn new technologies in a high-stakes business.
- High level of English proficiency - must.
