Wheely is growing fast in the B2B Market. The potential is huge, and as we rapidly build our sales team, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive sales and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
The Head of Sales will be tasked with developing and executing the strategic sales plan and expanding our customer base. They must define the sales process across the whole sales cycle while motivating and coaching each member of the sales team to maximise their potential.
This role will build on the existing success of the Russian Sales Team and take them to the next level. The product offering is well established in the market, and we’re looking for the right person to define a growth strategy, and process, to scale with. The current team has two Sales Managers and two Customer Success Managers.
The right candidate will be a natural leader and a brilliant communicator. They will lead by example, being involved in the sales process at all stages while offering a strategic vision and approach. They will love to create processes and document what they are building while taking a selfless modern approach to motivating their team, and coaching them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Hiring and developing the B2B Russian Sales team
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Define and own daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Track and set monthly KPIs
Requirements:
Ideally, you will have:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of successful experience in sales (preferably in SaaS), with strong management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent teaching/coaching skills
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Very organized, process-driven and obsessed with data/reporting
