Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement strategy for marketplaces channel launch, promote the growth of the business while maintaining agreed upon sales / gross margins / budget limitations.
- The job includes working on both strategical and operational levels:
- Implementation strategy & sales plan development,
- Commercial negotiations with potential vendors
- Running an operations set-up project aligning with existing processes & limitations
- Maintaining & improving operations after launch (incl. marketing & promotion, stock levels control, SE & process optimization, customer service, reporting)
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop & implement e-Commerce strategy. Prepare and align with key stakeholders a solid build-up model for marketplace channel.
- Lead contract terms & conditions negotiations with vendors; take full accountability for terms execution with respect to sales & budget plans.
- Prepare and align with all respected functions an integrated business process model for marketplace considering a synergy with DTP.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful & timely launch of operations and further transition to ongoing live operations.
- Develop implementation and support budgets for all phases of marketplace launch and further run. Prepare a budget for marketing & promotion.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitors’ trade activities and lead ADC contra-initiatives
Success Profile:
Minimum qualifications/experience
- Higher education (technical, economic, finance);
- 3-5 years of working with Ozon, Beru, Wildberries marketplace commercial negotiations, operations set-up, product listings and running ad campaigns
- Fluent in Russian and English (Advanced)
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in international companies (ideally in a multicultural, cross-functional environment with a matrix management structure);
- Project management experience within complex matrix environments;

- Ability to manage and drive performance of the marketplace sales channel fulfilling sales plans and budgets
- Comfortable with presenting data across multiple levels of the Company. Can build trusting relationships and create & sell a vision.

- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker; able to create and develop new methods for improvement
