Brother - one of the leading providers of office equipment technology, is looking for Sales support specialist
Main function: provide timely and effective support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of the pricing information
- Registration and administration of the price lists for partners
- Authorization of the special prices
- Support of the proccesses of sales forecasting and sales budgeting
- Regular download of reports from SAP and upload data to SAP
- Participation in sales analysis
- Analysis and administration of the tenders
- Keeping a register of transactions, demo equipment
- Preparation of internal reports and reports to HO
- Administration of the CRM-system (C4C), conducting trainings for users of internal systems
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics /mathematics)
- Excellent numerical skills
- Analytic minded
- Attention to details
- Diligent
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel: Capacity to analyze Excel data, Ability to work with formulas, databases and pivot tables
- Excel macros knowledge would be an advantage
