WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
To lead the Moscow IKEA for Business team in positioning IKEA brand as the first-choice destination for businesses to ensure market penetration and long term financial growth.

Be responsible for long term Moscow IKEA for Business strategy supporting Business plan development and execution on Moscow market (insights of business customer needs in Moscow region, competitors’ analyses, SWOT analyses of the market);

Leads, executes and ensures follow-up of Action plan for IKEA for Business on Moscow market;

Steers operational excellence and encourages innovative thinking and entrepreneurship approach among IKEA Business unit managers to ensure seamless and coherent customer experience across channels;

Actively drive acquisition of new business customers and build up long term relationships with key accounts on Moscow market;

Takes overall responsibility for setting sales and customer KPI performance of IKEA for business channel and driving it to ensure sustainable growth;

Actively collaborates with Customer Fulfillment in order to secure proper and timely planning & execution of the orders to ensure customer satisfaction;

Actively collaborates with Area Service Business leader in order to identify the new services required by the IKEA for Business customers and develop competitive Service Price and convenience ladder on Moscow market;

Together with the Market Marketing Manager develops the Marketing, PR & Communications strategy and CRM plan for B2B segment to ensure that IKEA is positioned as the Partner for IKEA for Business;

Be responsible for the professional and personal development of IKEA for Business Key Account Manager and Moscow unit managers;

Be responsible for succession planning for IKEA for Business on the Moscow market supporting the succession pool on the Country level;

Act as a member of the Moscow management team and proactively contribute to Area plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals. Communicates strategic direction to IKEA for Business Moscow team;

Be an active player in working on sustainability initiatives within selling through ensuring sustainability priorities are reflected across offering.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB
- Completed higher education;
- Experience in B2B sales min 5 years;
- People management experience;
- Project management experience is an advantage;
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
- English – Upper - Intermediate level;
- Strong leadership capabilities;
- Strategic thinking;
- Negotiation skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Presentation skills.
