Brand/Marketing Manager is a starting role in the Marketing department designed for both recent high school graduates and candidates with minimum (0-2 years) professional experience willing to build their career in marketing and brand management. Once you pass all the selection steps successfully, we may offer you a full-time role in any Marketing division. This role is particularly in the Customer & Channel (aka Shopper or Trade) Marketing team.
As the majority of P&G General Managers and CEOs started their career as Brand/Marketing Managers, our priority is to develop you as a well-rounded “company-wide” business leader through the variety of experiences in both corporate and category world. To enable this, early in your career you will be offered a rotational assignment within the Marketing function that changes every 2 to 3 years.
Main responsibilities
- build the strength of P&G brands in consumers’ minds through customized instore activations;
- conduct a thorough shopper and retail market analysis to support business strategies and plans;
- identify shopper insights and market trends to execute marketing tactics that will grow our brands profitably;
- bring innovations to life through the development of marketing campaigns relevant for Eastern Europe region;
- collaborate with a broader team (Analytics & Insights, Sales, Brand) to deliver P&G business targets.
Compensation and benefits
- starting salary 95 000 rubles gross;
- monthly lunch compensation;

- relocation support in case you move to Moscow from another region.
Qualifications
- a higher education diploma;
- natural leadership, self-starting, out-of-the-box thinking;
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills;
- minimum work experience in marketing/brand management is preferred;
- good command of English (upper-Intermediate and higher);
- ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week);
- permissive documents to work in Russia.
