Our client, multinational chemical company - producer of industrial coatings, is seeking a person for Customer care leader position.
The main task is to lead the customer care department team to drive the customer value by providing great support to them. As part of this role, you’ll need to be a strong partner for colleagues in Sales, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams.
As a Customer Care Manager, you will take responsibility for transitioning the department from basic order handling functions to including the implementation of technologies, that produce accurate, value added and proactive approaches with customers, leading to a world class customer care organization to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
- Plans actions to ensure proper business understanding, customer knowledge and customer proximity within the team, e.g. customer visits, participation in fairs and exhibitions,
- Plans and Monitors monthly and year end transactional activities ensuring completion
- Plans for and conducts regular team and individual development meetings
- Conducts employee performance reviews, engages in succession planning
- Coaching of staff
- Customer complaint corrective action planning
- Monitoring of financial acumen by management tools in ERP, CRM, BI for follow up
- Leads implementation of globally aligned processes.
You should have the following qualifications:
- Degree &/or proven leadership experience in commercially driven customer care
- At minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Care Management (leadership roles)
- Service Orientation, finding balance between Company and customer’s needs.
- Analytical Skills
- Proactive, Creative and Innovative mindset
- Six sigma, Lean, continuous improvement methodology skills
- Industry knowledge preferable
- Proven experience in stake holder management
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferable
- High level IT skills (CRM, MS Office)
