International Retail Company is looking for a Head of security department to join a success team. Business evolves promptly and expands it’s borders with each year. Company is on the brink of deep and drastic transformation, which requires new vision and managerial approaches.
As a head of security department, you will manage a team of more than 100 professionals while being responsible for the full broad maintenance of well operating security function with focus on the physical security unit. On this position you are expected to sustain and prepare the security function for a serious corporate transformation while being able to operate with individual approach to every employee.
If you want to work for global, multinational company operating in many countries, have more than 5 years of managerial experience as head of security, possess considerable experience in international companies, fluent English and a perfect knowledge in modern security governance, then do not hesitate to apply for this position.
