Is the country project manager of all Market Access activities to gain Access and maintain price, reimbursement from early phases to launch and throughout the lifecycle.
Is the key contact at country level of the global Value & Access Manager.
Works closely at country level with HEOR/HTA manager, Pricing Manager, Market Access Institutional Manager and Field Market Access Manager.
Accountable for the definition of the Value & Access Strategy/Pricing strategy and coordinates the implementation of the access strategy at country level Ensure that deliverables (Value Story/Price/reimbursement/HE dossier) and payer marketing actions/ materials are ready in a timely manner In charge of KAM/FMAM training.
Provide inputs into product forecasts, including strategic, operational and financial forecasting.
Job purposes:
- Develop and implement of MA strategy to set a stage for long-term partnership with State and Public stakeholders to ensure that the right patient has access to the right medicine (based on approved indications) in Reimbursement system and hospitals, when and where they need it at a fair price. Define opportunities facilitating federal and local market access. Preparation of key deliverables to facilitate product promotion and ensure inclusion of Sanofi products into positive reimbursement lists. To optimize organizational payer capabilities to support Market Access priorities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Forming and implementation of market access strategy for key products in line with a brand strategy to secure listing of it either in regional and Federal Reimbursement systems. Following the right process to ensure alignment with business priorities and integration of Market Access into operational plans
- Building and keeping up strong relationships with KOLs, authorities, professional and patients societies to get solid all-round support in a dedicated therapeutic area
- Organizing and leading joint projects with influential stakeholders in a therapeutic area to shape market environment in favor of core company products. Professional relationships with payers that develop into collaborative partnerships and deliver tailored value propositions
- With support of Medical and Marketing departments creating reimbursement dossiers for products in accordance with regional and national requirements
- Defining and coordinating interactions with partner departments (cross-functional activities). Creating and implementation corresponding internal procedures
- Understanding the local payer environment and establish an organizational structure and approach to Market Access that reflects this. Driving improvement and ensuring progress by monitoring Market Access performance.
- Align local MA strategy with Global and regional MA strategies and approaches
- Ensure that all market access activities are being done in full compliance with State regulation, corporate and industry policies.
- Active participation in authorities working groups and professional pharmaceutical societies to shape HC policy.
