Our client, foreign bank is searching for Head of HR Department
Responsibilities:
- Leading HR projects supported by Head office (based in London)
- HR budget planning , partnering with Head office and local Planning team
- Management of HR operations/administration including hiring/terminations/transfers/employee relations – incl. offers to new hires, preparation/ amendment of labor agreements and drafting of job descriptions, liability for breakage agreement, exit interview with employees, labor book keeping
- Management and coordination of recruitment processes including HC, budget approvals, liaison with 3rd party recruitment companies, interviewing, salary proposals, hiring approvals, offers and onboarding
- Managing annual salary survey process working with PWC in Moscow, advising the management on salary changes
- Keeping data updated in HR systems
- Update of HR policies and procedures in line with local requirements and Head office rules
- Preparation of documents on Risk takers and risk controllers to regulators and Head office
- Management of annual HR process such as annual appraisal process, salary and bonus review, annual talent review
- Support in implementation of staff training and development
- Ability to translate business strategies into people-focused initiatives
- Talent Management
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Internal reporting to EHQ and HO including Headcount, open positions, hiring etc.
- Work with auditors (internal / external), local regulators (Central Bank, Russian tax authorities, Labor state inspection), leading correspondence with them
- Back-up for second employee in HR when on leave or absent
- Ad hoc HR related requests/projects as required
Working experience:
- Experience working within financial services only more than 5 years!!!
- Prior experience within Human Resources of a minimum of 5 years, with experience as a business partner and HR operations management experience
- Master degree (education)
- English – fluent (Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.)
Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Russian labor legislation and HR document flow
