Mission:
The Online Reputation Manager is an important member of the Renault Russia team who is responsible for creating and maintaining the Brand name of the company in the good books of an online community. Social Media, Search Engines, Blogs, forums etc. are the parts of the online community and a reputation manager will ensure that Renault brand enjoys a healthy and productive presence over there.
ORM monitors every social media account of the company and how the brand is engaging with the audience. Not just this, he also handles what should go out in social media about the company and how to handle negative publicity.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Online reputation management system construction
- Development of Renault Russia e-reputation strategy, its implementation and control
- Analysis of brand’s current online reputation, identification of communications weaknesses, opportunities and solutions
- Message dissemination, perception build and planning of actions to improve the positive image of the brand using various digital marketing tools (blogs, forums, etc.)
- Delivery of online reputation campaigns and accompanying budget
- Monitoring system customization, permanent analysis of the e-reputation, reporting and action plan elaboration
- Benchmarking of concurrents e-reputation strategies and actions;
- Creation of content dedicated to CEO social networks (ex, Linkedin)
- Communication crisis management.
The ideal candidate has:
- solid experience in a reputation agency or as an e-reputation manager
- technical understanding of web processes and online marketing
- knowledge of the social web (social networks, photo/video sharing, blogs, forums, ratings, etc.)
- understanding of the structure and functionality of online monitoring systems (Youscan, Brand Analitycs);
- experience of e-reputation communications strategies development, implementation and delivery
- proven experience of successfully realized campaigns
- an exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- analytical mindset and skills;
- ability and desire to work as part of a cross-functional team;
- strong leadership skills
- out of the box thinking
- highly self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously (project management)
- fluent English speaker, French is a plus.
