We are small online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10 years. We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing. We work in a unique way, more similar to trading then eCommerce, different then many eCommerce companies.
We organize processes so that we can make a profit thru being more efficient in shipping and logistics.
And now we?re hiring operations assistant.
Who we are looking for a candidate with:
- English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions
- Excel skills (intermediate level)
- Love of numbers and mathematics
- Great computer skills, facility or willingness to learn new apps
- Multitasking and details-oriented person
- Loves accuracy and attentive to details
- Doesn't mind monotonous work from time to time
As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:
- Tracking orders and update purchase sheet with orders information
- Working with catalog and updating products information like dimensions, Weights, work with photos, organize photos on Google drive
- Products listing on amazon
- Making purchases for the company
- Creating shipments
- Update cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Alerts of listing changes
- Stock check in the evenings
