Requirements for a candidate:
• Higher education (marketing / economic or + medical / pharmaceutical / chemistry / biology);
• MBA - as a plus;
• The presence of practical experience in the field of business development (in a similar position) of a pharmaceutical company - preferably;
• High skills in analysis and forecasting;
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market at the expert level and the ability to identify trends in this market;
• Skills of planning and risk assessment;
• English is not lower than intermediate;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Activity, independence, high organization, customer focus, focus on results, ability to work in a team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Scouting activities to identify new business opportunities on the Russian pharma market;
• Establishment of contacts with potential business partners (local and international pharma companies, research institutions, brokers, consultants);
• Preparation and conduct of business negotiations;
• Preparation and review of cooperation agreements;
• Analysis of the external market for pharmaceutical products;
• Analysis of potential transactions, including product and company research;
• Study of the growth opportunities of the product portfolio and the possibilities of production and promotion of these products on the Russian market;
• Support for existing business relationships with company partners;
• Strategic business development planning;
• Coordination of various business development projects;
• Bringing products to market: determining the feasibility, priorities, sales channels, pricing policies, resources and principles of support for promoting a product on the market. Strategic planning. Close interaction with the sales service;
• Work with projects that incorporate change management;
• Establishment of long-term and mutually beneficial relations with representatives of the medical community, Health authorities, research channels;
• Interaction with government agencies.
